Job Description
We are hiring a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant or hotel team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure guests enjoy a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements
• Present menus and explain daily specials, promotions, and ingredients when required
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and forward them to the kitchen or bar
• Serve food and drinks professionally while ensuring timely service
• Check on guests during meals and handle requests in a polite manner
• Ensure tables are clean, well-arranged, and properly set before and after service
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare bills, process payments, and support cashier duties if needed
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service quality standards at all times
• Maintain a clean uniform and professional attitude throughout working hours

Desired Candidate Profile
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred (freshers may apply)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly personality
• Ability to work under pressure in busy hotel or restaurant environments
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Immediate joiners preferred
